Make sure the Clean Roads mod is above Frosty and also Heavy Winter if you are also using that addon, the renaming is just a bug in the download site. At certain points usually beside roads, but sometimes further away as well the snow takes on a pale greenish texture. I followed the proper load order and it happens regardlessly of using Heavy Winter or Clean Roads. Frosty mods are on top of everything else, the only thing above them is the sat map for huge mod load orders.
